A bit about your role
With a particular focus on Service Standards in the Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) service commitments in the Special Access Undertaking (SAU) and any other service-related regulatory obligations (RKR), this role will lead and facilitate the development and implementation of initiatives which will ensure regulatory and commercial compliance, thereby eliminating risk and regulatory exposure, improving the perception of nbn’s service, driving growth and improving speed to market.
Embracing an enterprise mindset and championing new ways of working, the purpose of the Senior Manager, Commercial and Service Standards will be to take overall responsibility for providing leadership in developing and delivering specific work programs.
These programs will primarily be centred around nbn’s regulatory (SAU, RKR & WBA) obligations as they relate to Retail Service Provider (RSP)/End User service experience and service quality on nbn networks with the express purpose being to mitigate any potential new regulatory or commercial risks/exposures and influence the prioritisation of investment or product and operational initiatives which will result in improved service outcomes, reduction in churn, revenue growth and RSP/End User perceptions.
A bit about you
If this role sounds like a good match for you, it’s likely that you hold ill have significant experience in the telecommunications and the regulated wholesale market. Ideally, you’ll possess experience operating and working in ambiguous matrix managed organisations coupled with relevant post-graduate qualifications.
You hold a diverse business operations background including establishing and managing commercial agreements, program management, compliance and operations performance. You possess strong change leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to successfully lead virtual teams.
You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, working closely with legal and regulatory stakeholders. You successfully collaborate and influence across all levels of experience and seniority.
