What You Will Do

As Senior Engineer | AQA Frameworks & Tooling at Caesars Digital you will be critical to ensuring the reliability and quality of the software that Caesars Digital produces. You should be proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the development process while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software products.

• Strong Technical Proficiency: As Senior Engineer | AQA Frameworks & Tooling you must demonstrate deep understanding of automated testing tools, frameworks, and best practices. Be a leader in your craft and programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). Expertise in testing methodologies like integration testing (specifically API testing), end-to-end testing, and non-functional testing. Capable of designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, along with building and supporting automation best practices.
• Quality Assurance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices in the industry. Understanding of different testing types, such as functional, regression, load, and security testing. Experience with test case design, test data management, and test execution.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: As Senior Engineer | AQA Frameworks & Tooling you must demonstrate strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of QA engineers both in your direct command and in requirements areas (RA's) across the organization. Effective communication skills are vital to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to drive the QA strategy and its fulfillment, Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Solid experience at identifying and resolving complex testing challenges and issues that may arise during development.

Purpose

The Frameworks & Tooling domain steward will be focused on managing and maintaining cross domain automation frameworks & assorted tools like Browser Stack, Report Portal and our internal grids. They will maintain and update shared frameworks and help to add core functionality that is not RA specific.  This person will drive initiatives around new automation frame works and approaches needed to help
