Job Title: Storeroom Lead
Summary:
This is a Working Lead position. This position will have oversight of the JN Stores Employees. Along with oversight of the team and operation this person will be expected to assist in tasks as necessary to ensure daily quotas are met. The Site Storeroom Lead must possess a strong background and skillset as one of the following: Product Receiver, Window Attendant and/or Window Attendant
The Site Maintenance Lead / Technician will:
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of site to ensure that client's needs are met or exceeded by performing JN Store duties to be completed personally and through delegation. Directly oversee and manage full-time associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to team members.
· Monitor work activity of team members, ensuring safety compliance, quality of work, cleanliness, following up if required.
· Ensure operation adheres to Client and internal guidelines regarding workflow, recording, and reporting.
· Perform Document Management, Blind Receiving, Issuing Parts w/ Workorder, Manage pending transactions, Transfer excess inventory, Plant stores issue resolution.
· Develop key client and team member relationships to foster open, positive, productive work environment. Ensure associates are serving both internal and external clients.
· Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by Site Manager
Qualifications:
Education
HS Diploma
Business Experience
Two (2) or more years related experience JN Stores lead work.
Licenses/Certs
Valid driver’s license
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Technical Qualifications & Skills
• Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
• On call 24 hours to coordinate activities deemed as emergencies
• Possess the ability to work overtime on short notice
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to handle multiple jobs while supervising others
