Environmental Services Technician (Floor Tech)

Be part of an extraordinary life!   The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Environmental Services Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping functions throughout the community.    Salary starting at $17.00/hour Hours: Part Time - includes weekends as needed (PRN)
  Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Environmental Services Technician:

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
  • Carpet Cleaning
  • Tile/Grout Cleaning
  • Window Washing
  • Disposal of garbage

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in a janitorial position preferred.
• Ability to speak and read English necessary to communicate with team and residents and complete online trainings.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffer, carpet extractors, and commercial laundry equipment.
• Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
