a pioneer in the aquaculture industry, is looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Officer

📌 Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: On-site

🖋️You will be reporting to: Area Manager

What you will do:

 The Customer Service & Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing imports and exports, taking orders, and providing customer service

More specifically:

• Follow-up of incoming shipments with the customs broker to ensure a smooth importation process of goods
• Quotation to customers, order receipt, creation, processing, invoicing, and communication of customer orders to 3PL service providers
• In contact with authorities, customs broker, and transportation companies to complete the procedures for the issuance of the documentation required  for exporting products
• Shipments scheduling, follow-up, and communication with the customers to ensure excellent customer service
• Transportation companies’ selection to ensure optimum transit time and transportation cost
• Monthly forecast data entry in the forecast Tool
• Close monitoring and follow-up of accounts receivables
• Sales support

Requirements

• At least 3-years of experience in customer service, supply chain, and/or Logistics
• BSc in Business Administration, Supply chain or Logistics
• Knowledge of custom clearance procedures for exporting goods to third countries
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Very good Knowledge of French will be considered as an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in SAP will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Customer focused
