The Role in Detail

As our Salesforce Consultant, you’ll work directly with clients, understand their goals, and design solutions that are both impactful and efficient. Your day-to-day will be a blend of consulting and developing. Here’s what it looks like:

• Consulting with Clients: Listen to client needs, map out Salesforce solutions, and advise on best practices.
• Custom Configurations: Implement and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) using both out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
• Development: Write clean, efficient code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to bring customized functionalities to life.
• Data Management: Handle data migrations, integrations, and workflows that make Salesforce truly sing for each client.
• Training & Support: Once the setup is done, empower clients to confidently use Salesforce, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions.
• Stay Updated: Salesforce is always evolving, and so are you. Keeping on top of new features and updates is a key part of the role.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with 3+ Years of Salesforce Experience who’s ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here’s a snapshot of the skills we’d love to see:

Must-haves

• Experience: 3+ years in a Salesforce Consultant/Developer role.
• Certifications: Salesforce Admin Certification (must-have), Developer I and/or Consultant Certifications (major plus).
• Technical Skills: Strong in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and integration methods (APIs, middleware).
• Consultative Mindset: Not just a techie—you can think strategically and understand the client’s vision.
• Problem-Solver: You tackle complex issues with a calm and calculated approach.
• Great Communicator: Able to translate technical terms into everyday language, making clients feel confident and empowered.
• Team-Oriented: A natural collaborator, you’re as comfortable working with clients as you are with the dev team.
