Job Description

Compass Government Solutions is currently hiring an Intermediate Care (IMC) Registered Nurse, pending award, for a role at Philadelphia VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA to provide on-site care for military Veterans to provide a high level of direct care to the patient.  

Job Requirements of the Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (RN): 

• Exceptional Care of the Veteran population
• Monitoring patient’s vital signs, wound sites or other health concerns
• Administer medication when necessary
• Corresponding with peers and physicians in relation to a change in health
•  Providing information and support to patients and their families 

Qualifications

Qualifications of the Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (RN): 

• Graduate from an accredited University for nursing 
• Full unrestricted license to practice as an RN in a US state, territory, or Commonwealth.  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
