Role Objectives: The Project Manager I is responsible for the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing, and/or other clinical research projects.

Role Objectives: The Project Manager I is responsible for the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing, and/or other clinical research projects.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee setup, execution, and close-out of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Manage day-to-day project operations as per contract requirements and applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain detailed operational project plans, including timelines and visit projections.
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational deliverables and project concerns.
- Provide cross-functional oversight of the decentralized clinical trial nursing team, including site management, data management, and training.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risks with all project stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project documents within internal filing systems like SharePoint.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external teleconferences, meetings, and vendor deliverables.
- Track project activities, expenses, and support billing; review and track invoices and payments.
- Ensure training, document management, quality assurance, and budget oversight, including handling investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree (In a health or science field preferred), or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical monitoring, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise; previous site management experience preferred
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff to coordinate and execute DCT activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Working knowledge of current ICH GCP guidelines
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
