Job Title: Senior Manager of Sourcing Finance

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Sourcing Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects related to sourcing, including business partnership, costing analysis, and financial planning and analysis. The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with sourcing teams to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization efforts
• Conduct costing analysis to evaluate pricing, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities related to sourcing activities
• Lead financial planning and analysis processes for sourcing initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting related to sourcing activities
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sourcing and overall business objectives
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support business growth and efficiency initiatives
• Mentor and develop junior finance team members to enhance overall departmental capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant certification a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in strategic sourcing or procurement finance
• Experience working with a complex import business from both the Western and Eastern Hemispheres
• Strong understanding of costing principles, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Experience with sourcing technologies and tools is preferred
