You will accompany our clients in their (continuous) transformations, in a customer-centric, multi-disciplinary and technology-enabled way. This can involve working on the development of a new organizational strategy, supporting the guidance during business and digital transformations as well as challenging, and improving existing business processes. </p><p><span><strong>Roles &amp; responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li>Assisting in the development of a management strategy in the public sector;</li><li>Involvement in digital and business transformation projects;</li><li>Defining and improving operational processes and procedures;</li><li>Analyzing organizations and writing reports;</li><li>Doing market research (quantitative/qualitative);</li><li>Support the further growth and development of the public sector practice.
