This position serves as the Deputy Chief of Enterprise Application Services (EAS) Administration providing onsite administrative oversight and direction in daily operations EAS Administration Team. In this role you will direct the EAS administrative program, control team procurement requests, track software and services licensing and renewals, and monitor the submission and tracking of administrative requests for EAS This position serves as full-line supervisor maintaining visibility on all EAS projects to ensures EPMO compliance and best project management practices In addition, you will track and facilitate the EAS HR hiring pipeline and reports to Division leadership on status; direct EAS responses to all internal and external audits, participate in top level management meetings, and serve as one of the official spokespersons of the EAS management team.
