Production Support Client Consultant

We are hiring! We are seeking a talented individual to join, or advance in, our Production Support Team as a Production Support Client Consultant.

As a Production Support Client Consultant, you will play a vital role in leveraging your technical expertise to support our Customer experience activities - both in engaging with clients and developing our team. Your focus will be on driving high-quality editing/outputs and effectively addressing escalated product-specific tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

This is an advanced-level position that requires a strong background in production support or a related field. In addition to technical knowledge, we are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, as you will be representing our company and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Advanced and up-to-date knowledge of BoxBrownie.com products, systems, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets by effectively utilizing available resources.
- Taking ownership of escalated customer issues and seeing them through to resolution.
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service across all platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Representing the company with professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Identifying areas of opportunity for editors, providing valuable feedback and training insights.
- Identifying areas of improvement for customer service agents, maintaining a comprehensive log of identified issues, and collaborating with the training and development team to devise effective training solutions.
- Providing a high level of technical support and advice to internal teams.
- Taking ownership of challenging situations and handling them effectively.
- Utilising editing skills as necessary to complete assigned tasks.

This is a home-based position, requiring you to have your own computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable working environment.

This role has a standard work schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

This schedule is falling on the Night Shift.
