The Role
The RVP reports to the Chief Sales Officer and leads a Sales team responsible for driving significant revenue growth and market penetration in the region. This role requires a strategic, collaborative leader capable of coaching and developing a high-performing sales team while working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals. You will also serve as a visible leader both internally and externally, fostering strategic relationships with key clients and ecosystem partners helping them unlock value through the adoption of AI-driven solutions for complex customer data challenges.

- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Development: Define and execute the sales plan for the region. Partner with marketing and internal teams to drive robust pipeline generation through strategic outbound prospecting and partnerships.
- Partnership Ecosystem: Collaborate with systems integrators (Deloitte, Slalom, Accenture, etc), cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Braze, etc.) to expand pipeline opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging directly with C-suite stakeholders to build strong, long-term partnerships and drive transformational data initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to align strategies, enhance the go-to-market approach, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Operational Excellence: Implement scalable processes and metrics to manage sales activities, forecast revenue, and ensure the team's effectiveness using tools like Salesforce.
About You
- 15+ years in enterprise sales with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven organizations with proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a track record of attracting, retaining, and growing top talent.
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in complex, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and advanced analytics tools, including AI/ML capabilities.
- Expertise in solution selling, consultative approaches, and crafting customized data platform solutions.
- Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
- Strong ability to engage C-suite stakeholders with compelling presentations and strategic insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strategic partnerships with internal and external teams.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
