Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Specialist to join our IT team. This role demands a proactive and knowledgeable individual who excels under pressure, in both team and independent settings. You will be pivotal in managing Windows systems, user identities, core networking, cloud and data center computing, endpoint management, and service desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy innovative IT solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Manage core business applications, systems configuration, and network infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance and support across multiple teams, owning specific workstreams end to end.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and improve service delivery.
• Lead projects with strong project management skills, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal and external queries.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, with a strong emphasis on Windows systems, networking, and cloud computing.
• Experience in regulated environments, with familiarity with compliance and audit controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work history.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, Excel, project management software, and endpoint management systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

Travel Requirements:
