Essential Job Functions:
• Support the implementation of data management strategies to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data management professionals to execute data-related projects, providing support as needed.
• Support data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring data privacy regulations are followed.
• Collaborate across teams to define data requirements and promote effective data usage.
• Lead or manage projects or teams in the design or management of data systems and databases.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing related to data management.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on project progress.
• Help with data maintenance and data transformation tasks.
• Familiarize yourself with data management tools and technologies used within the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology
• Proficiencies in data management
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or relevant work experience in data management are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.
