The Liquid IV Sanitation Technician is responsible for daily cleaning activities to support the production process. We operate in a 24/7 environment.
Location of the job: Jefferson City, MO
Shift: 12 Hour Nights - 2/2/3 schedule, 6pm-6:15am, Base Pay Rate: $23.57 & 18% Shift differential

What You'll Do
Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks as defined in the Master Sanitation schedule for LIV
Trash collection and removal.
Operate floor cleaning machines.
Complete daily cleaning logs and turn into Sanitation Supervisor.
Maintain cleaning supply inventory by performing audits/counts
Monitoring and reporting cleaning and sanitization issues such as damaged equipment, or potential contamination issues.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Work overtime as required.
All other duties as assigned.
Assist in training future sanitation operators.
Develop skillset to operate packaging machines & run them if needed
What You'll Need to Succeed
Basic understanding of GMP’s and cleanliness in a food manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership.
Time management skills.
Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Initiative to learn new skills, identify opportunities, and problem solve.
A commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards and noticing potential problems or contamination.
