The Clearance & Securities Services business delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

The impact you will have in this role:
As a key member of the Asset Services Product Management team, the Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in advancing the business management, strategic planning, and operational performance of the Asset Services business. You will shape the clarity, rhythm, and discipline of business execution by producing high-quality analyses, business cases, revenue insights, and strategic materials used by the Product Leadership Team to inform direction and drive outcomes. Your work will directly strengthen the organization’s ability to plan effectively, execute with precision, communicate with impact, and manage risk across a mission-critical Clearance and Securities Services business within DTCC.
The Senior Associate will serve as a connective tissue across product management, operations, technology, finance, clients, and industry groups ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum on strategic imperatives. Through disciplined reporting, strong analytical capabilities, and cross-functional partnership, you will elevate business performance, enhance client experience, support commercialization efforts, and enable the efficient delivery of product strategy across the Asset Services business.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Business Management & Strategic Planning:
- Consolidate weekly business snapshots, insights, and leadership reporting
- Support development of strategy, business cases, and executive-ready materials
- Assist with annual planning, including revenue forecasts, volumes, and pricing reviews
Financial & Revenue Management:
- Track and analyze Asset Services revenues and expenses
- Manage agent billing and ensure accurate, well-controlled processes
- Client Billing Analysis – Validate invoices, investigate anomalies, and ensure accurate reporting for stakeholders.
- Revenue Trend Identification – Monitor monthly variances, analyze historical data, and forecast using industry and seasonal patterns.
- Cost Discipline Initiatives – Optimize pricing strategies, implement automation, and drive modernization projects to strengthen revenue and reduce operational costs.
Business Recaps & Communications:
- Prepare recurring business recaps and performance summaries for senior leadership
- Draft and edit client-facing and internal communications (Notices, FAQs, newsletters, etc.)
- Maintain and update all customer-facing web content
Cross-Functional Projects & Execution:
- Support high-priority projects through research, data analysis, and message alignment
- Coordinate planning and follow-up for key business meetings, including action tracking

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5 years of product management, business management, or strategic planning experience, ideally within financial services, market utilities, clearing, custody, or a related capital markets domain
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership with concise strategic materials, presentations, and business reporting
