Senior Digital Performance Analyst

<p>On behalf of our client, a marketing leader and innovator in the fast growing online workplace market, we are currently looking for a <strong>Senior Digital Performance Analyst</strong>, to join its Digital Marketing team.</p><p></p><p><strong>A day in the life of a ‘Senior Digital Performance Analyst’</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for the implementation of Digital Marketing activities that are included in the Marketing Plan of our customers, in order to achieve their commercial goals. You will need to participate in meetings both with clients and with colleagues from other departments to ensure a smooth project implementation.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your day-to-day</strong></p><ul> <li>Participate in client briefings to gather information and ask questions about their needs</li> <li>Responsible for the implementation of Digital Marketing actions for the assigned accounts</li> <li>Collaborate with the Design department to plan the strategy regarding the creative needs of the campaigns </li> <li>Undertake Digital Marketing Setup; check and configure the accounts with the aim of their optimal performance. Install and implement Google Analytics configuration</li> <li>Monitor campaigns daily and make optimization suggestions as needed to follow the agreed marketing plan</li> <li>Prepare the monthly Calendar of Social media posts for the assigned clients. Collaborate with the design team to plan the posts and schedule their publication on Social Media</li> <li>Prepare and send monthly and 3-monthly reports</li> <li>Maintain communication with the clients implementing actions and presenting results</li> <li>Responsible for the control of the Contract expiry </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital agency and e-commerce environment</li> <li>Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, Email Marketing Software</li> <li>Google Ads certification</li> <li>BSc Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Masters/Diploma in Digital Marketing is a plus</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Great to have</strong></p><ul> <li>Google Search Console </li> <li>SEO experience</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>You will be part of a company with amazing culture, people orientation, strong team work and plenty of room for career and personal development. </p>
