• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and industrial hoses on heavy equipment at customer sites
• Troubleshoot issues and complete safe, high-quality repairs
• Deliver professional service and build strong customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities during service calls
• Operate and maintain a mobile service van (company vehicle provided)
• Prepare accurate work orders and manage parts inventory

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on repair or technician experience (hydraulics, automotive, industrial, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills; safety-focused
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Comfortable with physical work and varied field environments
