Your Role:

As a Programmer/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and top-notch customer service. You'll ensure that our manufacturing machines run smoothly and efficiently while supporting customer needs with your expert communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program and maintain software for manufacturing machines

- Develop, modify, and optimize machine control programs for maximum efficiency

- Create 2D and 3D CAD models and convert them into machine-readable instructions

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure machines are properly programmed

- Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass shower and bath enclosures

- Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails with speed and courtesy

- Track orders and manage special product or order requests in partnership with operations and sales teams

- Perform general office duties

Requirements

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in glass fabrication or a related production environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with glass fabrication processes (cutting, grinding, shaping)

- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

- 2+ years in a customer service role (glass industry experience is a plus but not required)

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- A team player mindset with a passion for success
