Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>As simulation engineer you will be responsible for independently and proactively conducting technology simulations to assess and enhance the performance of next-generation power semiconductor products.</li><li>You will play a crucial role in generating and refining models for new semiconductor technologies, while also collaborating with internal and external research partners to develop innovative simulation methodologies.</li><li>Additionally, you will define validation and verification methods, coordinate hardware tests, and analyze the results to improve simulation accuracy.</li><li>As a key liaison with internal customers, you will align development targets, ensure goal achievement, and effectively present and discuss results.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in semiconductor physics, electrical engineering or a comparable subject with excellent academic performance</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>experience in the field of semiconductor technology simulation; knowledge in design, manufacturing and function of power semiconductors, as well as their modeling and application; knowledge in TCAD simulators especially Synopsys Sentaurus; knowledge in statistical analysis of simulation and measurement data, as well as modeling of semiconductor tolerances</li><li><strong>Personality and Working practice: </strong>independent, determined and well-structed way of working</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>fluent in German and English written and spoken</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
