Position Summary:

Perform all functions of customer service as outlined below

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Design Development inbox

• Review, edit and correct quote requests from reps to ensure information is complete for estimator

• Receive Quick Quotes from CS and review to ensure compatibility with DW capabilities and strengths

• Initiate design development of projects not ready to quote

• Initiate purchasing and design/visualization functions when necessary

• Obtain custom buyouts prior to release of quote into active status

• Obtain shipping and installation quotes

• Manage all sample requests
