Job Description

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Partner with the technological skills to make us even more efficient. This person will analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades and provide training. As an IT Business Partner, you will serve as the bridge between our business units and the IT department, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Your role will involve understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for technology innovation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to keep us on the cutting edge. The IT Business Partner will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Leverage Global IT Solutions whenever possible
• Lead and Follow large IT projects execution from Business Requirements to Production, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, acting as a liaison between the business and IT
• Steer Committee with vendors to review performance and quality of service
• Ensure local IT process compliance with Group Requirements

• Responsible for Enterprise Application Solutions, Vision and Strategy.

• Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT

• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Manage local IT team

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.  Experience could include IT Business Partner, Project Management or other related experience
• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures and software across various technologies. Translating complex business requirements into IT roadmaps and execution plans. 
• Experience with Enterprise SI and Application Management in Enterprise Products
• Experience working across business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver outcomes
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

Nice To Have

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Business Mindset – Business Processes Applications – working with broader teams within company
• Experience leading a team in a global environment
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, data storage systems, and phone systems
