Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Sheeter Operator!

Become a Sheeter Operator, you'll take charge of the set-up and operation of our Marquip Sheeter, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Responsibilities
- Set up each job on the machine, including retrieving, feeding, slitting, and trimming rolls
- Operate the machine at peak efficiency
- Follow detailed work instructions and procedures for each job
- Troubleshoot and adjust the machine as needed
- Ensure product conformance to specifications
- Maintain accurate inventory management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team
Qualifications
- Quality-conscious with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
- Basic computer skills for smooth operations
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Experience operating clamp trucks, forklifts, and rider pallet jacks
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work
- Training for this position would be on first shift for the first 120 days of employment. Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm, if possible.
- Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
