Salary: $50,000 - $70,000/year* (includes base and commission)

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for EntreLeadership Elite members, helping them engage with the resources they need to succeed. But you won’t stop there – you’ll cast vision for the greater opportunities available within higher-tier memberships in our program.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on building authentic relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and communicating the value of EntreLeadership's programs. You’ll need a heart for serving others, a knack for sales, and deep belief in the Ramsey mission.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in relationship management, customer service or a sales-related role.
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• You have no call reluctance.
• You can build relationships with all types of personalities.
• You have familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce).
• You thrive in high-energy environments that require flexibility and managing multiple priorities.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Lead welcoming onboarding calls for new members, clearly explaining program benefits and address client questions to ensure confidence
• Check in regularly via phone to ensure program use, offer tailored guidance, and track progress toward client goals
• Analyze member readiness for higher-tier programs by understanding their challenges, goals, growth and opportunities
• Meet or exceed upselling goals and revenue targets
• Build lasting relationships through ongoing communication, actively listen to feedback, and celebrate client successes to drive loyalty and retention
