About the role

The Senior Sales Program Manager (SSPM) will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations and Strategy, and will own the strategic sales programming functions for the ShowingTime+ sales teams (including Dotloop, ShowingTime, Showcase, among others). You will partner with multiple teams on cross-functional projects—requiring substantial proficiency in program management principles to guide our sales teams in achieving goals. This high-impact, high-visibility role will be a key contributor to the growth strategy for ShowingTime+ in 2024 and beyond. We are looking for a highly motivated sales programming professional who is ready to level up from contributor to owner within their field.

You should expect to:

Own Strategic Sales Programming

  • Be the tip of the spear on new projects and programs for ShowingTime+ (ST+) sales, from early conception and planning, through organizing launches, monitoring execution, and optimizing over time
  • Own the creation, facilitation, and organization of project briefs for the core programs that ST+ sales owns or participates in
  • Supervise and ensure progress on key initiatives and plans across the business – driving outstanding results and keeping the trains running on time
  • Consult with leadership on upcoming projects, available resources, and achievable timelines
  • Work with operations and enablement to understand and plan out required resources for various different project launches
  • Provide clear, concise, and appropriate communication to senior management, business partners, and peers across the business
  • Play an active role in regular rhythm-of-business processes, such as annual planning, monthly business reviews, and OKR tracking

Be Involved in Go-To-Market Planning

  • Participate in the various levels of Go-To-Market meetings where the directional strategies are discussed, collaborating and advocating on behalf of the sales org
  • Help keep ShowingTime+ sales focused on what’s important by staying current on existing, in flight, and upcoming business priorities that may impact sales at ST+
  • Partner cross-functionally (e.g., with Product, Marketing, Biz Ops, Sales, Customer Success) to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize new programs
  • Act as the go-between and representative for readouts on significant projects related to sales for Senior Leadership

Support Frontline Sales Leaders

  • Have your finger on the pulse of our sales teams, using data and feedback to help tell the story of performance
  • Monitor key performance metrics to surface opportunities to our sales stakeholders to help drive incremental revenue and increase efficiency
  • Stay in sync with senior leadership from sales and sales operations to keep strategic objectives organized and prioritized
  • Ingest feedback from our sales leaders, bringing these insights into collaboration with operations and enablement leaders to ensure improvement and optimization are always top of mind

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
