Position Summary:
The Housekeeper performs cleaning duties throughout the community in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Must have availability to occasionally work a weekend day if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices according to schedule.
• Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and stairways.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces; restock supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good order.
• Report repair needs or supply shortages to the Lead Housekeeper.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and team members.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
