The following challenges await you:
•  Collaborate with key ETS co-workers to translate the sales strategy and tactics into an effective      continuous sales training program.
•  Ensure that the sales team is well-equipped, knowledgeable, and effective in promoting and selling ETS’s products by providing effective sales techniques, communication skills, and strategies to engage healthcare professionals and potential customers.
•  Assume responsibility for ETS credentialing services ensuring all certificates and credentials are obtained/completed timely and issued properly before deploying personnel into the field.
•  Create and perform sales training onboarding and validation programs for all new field-based personnel and at times, other stakeholders that includes product education, scripts, messaging, repetitive role-playing activities and positioning statements.
