About the role

Senior Cable Infrastructure PM - Digital and Technology Partners - Onsite/Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Cable Infrastructure PM, to join our dynamic team on-site three days / remote two days a week at Mount Sinai Health System.  The candidate should be a low voltage Subject Matter Expert, who will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and support of our low voltage cable infrastructure environment, ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of this critical infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
•    Interface with Facilities PM’s, Architects, and Engineers on Cable Infrastructure Designs
•    Do walkthroughs with End user to create scope of work, SOWs
•    From the scope of works, create budget for new projects and requests
•    Coordinate Requisitions and Purchase Orders for IT related Services including Cable Infrastructure, Network and Telecommunications equipment, Security, and AV. 
•    Provide oversight to onsite cable contractors and address field conditions as they arise
•    Close out projects promptly and insure as-built drawings are updated and budgets are closed out
•    Follow internal processes for Infectious Control, Life, Fire Safety, etc.

Preferred:
•    BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer, RCDD
•    Expert knowledge in Visio and Blue Beam
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cable Infrastructure design, implementation and project management 
  • Working knowledge of BICSI, ANSI/TIA/EIA and 802.x standards
  • Bachelor's degree Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Be able to run a project meeting with senior leadership.
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, verbal and writing skills
     

Compensation Statement

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $109,000.00 - $163,695.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
