Technical Dispatching Support Intern (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Support dispatching and technical support activities for real-time energy operations
• Monitor and maintain industrial applications and SCADA interfaces
• Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC-DA/OPC-XML)
• Assist with network topics (IPs, ports, VPN IPsec, firewalls) and Windows environments
• Collaborate with engineers to analyze incidents and implement fixes
• Document configurations, procedures, and learnings to improve reliability

What you bring & who you are:

• Must-have: Ongoing or completed degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Must-have: Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with Windows OS
• Must-have: Interest in real-time communication protocols and SCADA systems
• Must-have: Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting
• Ideally: Exposure to networks (VPNs, firewalls) and maintaining industrial applications
• Ideally: Knowledge of energy markets or renewables; experience as a SCADA developer is a plus
• Language: Native or fluent Spanish; B2 English
