What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans with residents, families, and staff
• Advocate for residents' best interests to support their highest physical, mental, and social well-being
• Provide oversight and guidance to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing

What You'll Need: 

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license within the state of South Dakota.
• Long-Term Care experience is a plus but not required; new students are welcome.
• Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend)
