Senior Manager, Internal Audit

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join us at Telia. 

I’m Milin Thakkar, Head of Group Internal Audit, Risk and Governance and I’m searching for a highly motivated, experienced and skilled professional to join our small yet dynamic team.  

The role requires significant physical presence in our Solna office, and willingness to travel up to 20% to other Telia markets.

What you’ll do: 

• Plan, lead and execute assurance or advisory projects across operations, commercial, transformation, finance, and technology, the projects will cover key business risks, value drivers, internal control and regulatory matters using data analytics and best practices.  

• With the projects, you’ll drive improvements in business processes, risk management, governance, and internal controls, while also enhancing organizational efficiency, customer experience, operational quality, resiliency, profitability, and growth. 

• You’ll plan and execute projects with a hands-on approach, utilizing data analytics to support risk assessments and foster open communication with stakeholders. Identifying key business objectives and associated risks, you’ll evaluate processes and controls for effectiveness and efficiency, and recommend pragmatic improvements.  

• Leveraging data analytics, you’ll identify and assess the relevance and impact of improvement opportunities. You’ll prepare clear, executive-friendly reports with actionable insights and stay updated on industry trends, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the function.
