As a Mobile telecom Construction Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects at various locations.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes. The Mobile Construction Team Leader will lead a team of construction professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

You are a working together with your team on the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead and motivate a team of 5 telecom construction workers
   • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
2. Communication:
   • Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, team members, and management.
   • Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
3. Problem Solving:
   • Proactively identify and address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
   • Develop and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
4. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and change orders

Requirements

• Not afraid of heights
• Able to read & understand a technical plan
• Like to work outside
• Driver's License B
  
• Proven experience in mobile telecom site construction, with a focus on leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction techniques and materials
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• BA4/BA5 is a plus
• GOF3-4 is a plus
