Description

Markon is seeking Computerized Maintenance Management System Administrators/Data Managers to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.  This individual will assist the government with loading, managing, and overseeing large data entries into a CMMS (ARCHIBUS).  The member will also assist with managing permissions, role creation/implementation, and system access.  Finally, the associate will also work with the knowledge management team to develop baseline user training/guides and extract useful data from ARCHIBUS to plan, program, and track maintenance budgets, execution, and effective asset management.

This candidate will have developed proficiency in document processing and control for Construction Management services.  This candidate is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents to support project construction managers in the execution of their responsibilities.  They control the distribution, sorting, filing, storing, authorization, back-up, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents.  They are responsible for document audit compliance. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day data management of the organizations ARCHIBUS CMMS to include ensuring proper data redundancy and data integrity
  • Manage the creation and implementation of Role Based system access for ARCHIBUS, the organization’s CMMS, to include account creation
  • Engage coworkers across multiple functional areas to understand the day-to-day business to ensure the roles and permissions developed will meet the needs of the specific functions
  • Design and develop proper data standardization across multiple divisions with varied data requirements and unique processes
  • Coordinate with division leadership and knowledge management team to create metrics based off ARCHIBUS data to enable data driven decision making, to include dashboards and visualization tools
  • Coordinate with knowledge management team to ensure proper processes and procedures are followed to ensure data integrity and auditability
  • Coordinate with other system owners to develop APIs for data sharing with other systems of record
  • Ingest large flat file data from Excel or other flat file system into a SQL database for consumption within ARCHIBUS
  • Create baseline training guides for specific roles and user education, may include in-person instruction
  • Document data processes and policy to include creating standard operating procedures and detailed process guides

Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, or 8 years of relevant experience with no degree
  • CMMS experience to include data input & management

Desired:

  • ARCHIBUS 23.2 or 25.3 experience
  • SQL Databases or other relational database, to include role and permission management
  • Tableau, PowerBI, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
