Construction Project Coordinator Qualifications

• Self-motivated individual who consistently takes personal initiative to advance company goals
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly MS Word and Excel
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills with customers, department personnel, and other company staff
• Tact and empathy to professionally handle sensitive customer concerns
• Must be able to communicate the basics of technical tasks and problems as described by customers to the service technicians

Construction Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate project technicians
• Assist in leading the project team and operate as the “hub” that coordinates the technician and parts resources to meet the customer’s needs
• Generate & track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials & equipment.
• Provide critical support to the Job Set-Up Coordinator and the Job Close-Out Coordinator to facilitate smooth project transitions and timely close-outs in alignment with company protocols
