Senior Technical Writer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team in developing a comprehensive Technical Assistance Implementation Guide to support a federal client, specifically within the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The primary focus of this role will be on creating detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline technical support processes and ensure consistency across various support scenarios.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Writing Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical writing, with a strong background in developing SOPs and technical support documentation.
• Federal Civilian Agency Background: Prior experience supporting federal civilian agencies (e.g., HHS, NIH) is highly desired.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to comprehend and document technical processes relevant to technical support operations.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Skilled in liaising with clients and technical teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and produce precise documentation.
