This role combines architecture thinking with hands-on delivery, someone who can design solid integration and data solutions, build with AI tools, and stay accountable to the customer outcome through implementation.</p> <p>You will work across technical architecture, solution engineering, and consulting delivery. You will grow into the full scope of the role with support from experienced colleagues, working primarily in Spain with involvement across Italy, France, and the Middle East.</p> <h4>What You’ll Do:</h4> <ul> <li>Design and contribute to the technical approach for customer initiatives: data integration, AI pipelines, platform extensions, and end-to-end data flows.</li> <li>Build AI agents and plugins as first-line tools — to automate data handling, accelerate configuration, and solve problems before reaching for manual effort or R&amp;D requests.</li> <li>Engage directly with customer IT teams and stakeholders in technical workshops and integration sessions, growing into a lead role over time.</li> <li>Manage your own technical workstreams across implementation projects and continuous service, delivering quality work within agreed timelines.</li> <li>Contribute to improving integration patterns and processes, with a mindset of simplifying and automating wherever possible.</li> </ul> <h4>What You’ll Bring to the table</h4> <h4>Required:</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Hands-on coding skills: Python, SQL, REST APIs, and comfort with at least one additional language (Shell, Java, Ruby, or similar).</li> <li>Genuine interest in AI tools and agents — with practical exposure, even through personal projects or experimentation, and eagerness to develop this further professionally.</li> <li>Understanding of data integration concepts: how data moves between systems, what can go wrong, and how to validate and monitor it.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-oriented approach.</li> <li>Good communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with fluency in Spanish and English.</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, with some exposure to customer-facing work.</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred:</h4> <ul> <li>E
