We are seeking an Account Supervisor, Performance Media to focus on our Corporate Affairs and Public Affairs practice. This role will support a portfolio of high-profile client engagements including corporate reputation, public affairs, advocacy, policy, and issue-based communications campaigns.
The Account Supervisor will play a hands-on role in the daily execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns while partnering closely with senior performance media leaders and account teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with strong performance discipline.
This is an opportunity for a platform-fluent media professional who combines paid social, search, and programmatic execution experience with strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate performance insights clearly to internal teams and clients.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced agency, public affairs, corporate affairs, political, advocacy, or communications environments and can operate directly within platforms while proactively flagging issues, identifying solutions, and supporting senior team members across active client work.
This role can be based in Washington DC or New York.
What you'll do:
Campaign Execution
- Build, launch, monitor, optimize, and manage paid media campaigns across assigned client accounts.
- Execute campaigns across key media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
- Manage campaign setup, audience creation, targeting, budget pacing, tracking implementation, QA, and launch readiness.
- Support paid media programs across paid social, programmatic, search, and emerging channels.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization across campaign builds, trafficking, optimization, and reporting workflows.
Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve delivery, efficiency, audience quality, and results.
- Diagnose performance issues, flag risks or irregularities to senior team members, and bring recommended solutions or next steps.
- Execute optimization plans including audience refinement, bid and budget adjustments, creative rotation, testing, and channel-level adjustments.
- Use performance data to help inform recommendations across paid social, search, and programmatic activity.
- Support senior team members in ensuring campaigns remain aligned to client goals, communications objectives, and agreed performance indicators.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop campaign reports, performance summaries, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Analyze campaign metrics and translate performance data into clear takeaways, implications, and recommended actions.
- Support reporting across awareness, reputation, perception, advocacy, policy, and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting interfaces to support measurement and analysis.
- Communicate performance trends clearly and proactively to senior performance media and account team members.
