Job Description

Job Purpose:
Seeking a Production Office Coordinator to work with all day to day operations as outlined below. This is a Run of Show position.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing location and vendor agreements
  • Coordinate production assistants
  • Assist on set for shoots
  • Other ad-hoc duties as outlined by Manager
  • POs, receipt reconciliation,
  • Keep track of office needs and maintain/order supplies
  • Manage and distribute various production documents, including calendars, staff/ crew details, and call sheets
  • Ability to Work with internal departments and outside vendors to acquire show assets
  • Address all office issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Manage all security access passes
  • Work with NBC operations to resolve any issues that come up with any office facilities
  • Assist office staff with various office/ show needs

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of production related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • Must be willing to work in New York City, NY
  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and adjust to change
  • Knowledge of Post-Production workflow and software a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
