As a Senior People Partner at INBRAIN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture and supporting our managers and teams. You will work closely with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that enable our employees to thrive in a high-growth environment. This role requires a proactive, autonomous, and collaborative individual who can effectively balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.
Your profile
Main responsibilities:
Coach and Support Managers:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to managers, many of whom are still developing their leadership skills.
- Help managers navigate employee relations challenges, set expectations, and build high-performing teams
Drive People Operations:
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Develop and execute processes for performance management, feedback, and development planning.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
Build and Scale HR Foundations:
- Design and implement scalable HR policies and practices suited for a high-growth startup.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and create efficient solutions.
Foster a Collaborative Culture:
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting teamwork, transparency, and a shared sense of purpose.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
Handle High Workloads with Agility:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of work, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Take initiative and remain adaptable to evolving business needs.
Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner.
- Proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly.
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide and influence managers at all levels.
- Deep understanding of people operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous in driving initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in English (company language).
- Ability to convey information clearly, whether in one-on-one conversations or group settings.
- High level of self-awareness and ability to manage emotions effectively.
- Analytical mindset to identify root causes of people-related challenges and offer practical solutions.
- Builds trust and positive relationships with employees at all levels of the company.
