Job Summary:
Provides functional configuration support to key organization stakeholders. Works closely with Human Resources Team to analyze business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective way to implement system changes. Develops, coordinates and performs test plans. Leads all test acceptance efforts for assigned team. Transforms non-technical business needs/requirements into technical requirements/specifications.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
- Five years’ experience: Preferred
- Three years' experience in a healthcare setting: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification: Preferred
Essential Functions:
- Partners with key business stakeholders and product owners to understand and document customer requirements regarding various development projects/initiatives.
- Maintains and develops project standards/documentation and places on shared sites. Gathers, maintains, and functionally tests business use case scenarios.
- Acts as a liaison with IT on technical issues and projects requiring data integration and other technical support. Documents system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoots production issues to include problem research and analysis, and performs steps for resolution. Coordinates and performs end-to-end testing to include developing test plans and leading user acceptance testing efforts.
- Maintains application security and audits to keep integrity and accuracy. Provides training and technical support.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
