Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing friendly and professional service. This role includes managing front-desk activities, coordinating schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $16.50 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
