Your assignments

• Support diverse strategic initiatives, e.g. to optimize return on invested capital

• Develop and refine metrics-based reports, providing deep dive analysis and business insights about the Kabi Group performance with focus on costs

• Conduct ongoing variance analysis on our performance, identifying trends and proposing measures for improvement

• Contribute to the creation of budgets and forecasts for the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment

• Compile information into clear, impactful reports and dynamic management presentations, facilitating effective communication of key insights

• Drive internal analysis and external benchmarking

• Provide support to local controllers, fostering collaborative efforts

• Assist in investment decisions, leveraging your financial expertise

• Support the execution of the digitization roadmap with focus on front-end tools / dashboards

Your profile

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification

• At least 3-4 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling within an internationally operating company

• Ideally, experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry

• Structured work approach with strong analytical skills

• Ability to articulate and convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner

• Excellent mastery of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW
