*Remote position open to Missouri Residents only.

 As a Patient Care Specialist in our dental department, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive the care they need—on time and with clarity. Serving as a bridge between patients, providers, and insurance partners, this position combines coordination, communication, and compassion to help deliver life-changing dental care in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up appointments.
• Communicate with dental team members, patients, and external providers.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment plans and referral statuses.
• Verify insurance coverage and provide cost information to patients.
• Support patients in understanding their care plans and navigating their next steps.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School/GED required

QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) to five (5) years dental experience preferred
