<h2>Job Description</h2><p></p><h2><b><b>What you’ll be doing</b></b></h2><p><b><span>Seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Analytics who will become an authority in our product's data. You will analyze customer behavior to uncover insights that drive product adoption and customer retention. You will work with multiple teams and provide in-depth analysis to support strategic decisions within Product Development and Go-To-Market organizations.</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Analyze customer data to identify their needs and how they benefit from Zendesk products. Use this information to inform future business strategies and increase value.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Analyze product consumption trends and customer behavior changes by defining and tracking key performance metrics, understanding key drivers and proactively surfacing insights to key leaders</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Analyze and validate data related to our customers and products. Build curated intermediate tables by redefining raw data for key areas of product usage.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Understand the business objectives of Product stakeholders, capture clear requirements, develop SQL queries, perform analyses and develop insights to understand product usage and adoption and customer performance outcomes</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Partner with data engineering teams to drive standardization and consistency of product data modeling, schemas and insights reporting across the entire company</span></b></p></li></ul><h2><b><b>What you bring to the role</b></b></h2><ul><li><p><b><span>Background in a quantitative and/or business field, such as business analytics, economics, applied mathematics, statistics. A degree (BS/BA or equivalent experience) is preferred.</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Proven ability and experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, data visualization and storytelling, quantitative research, or related field (experience in Product Analytics and/or Pricing Analytics a plus)</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Advanced knowledge of SQL a must (experience with Snowflake a plus)</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Experience with dbt, Airflow a plus but not required</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Boundless intellectual curiosity - you are self-motivated and unafraid to ask questions in order to learn and grow</span></b></p></li><li><p><b><span>Experience at fast-paced and scaled B2B Tech companies a plus</span></b></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is <span>zł146,000.00-zł220,000.00.</span> Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors.
