Summary
Assists in the implementation of activities and programs for various business units within the organization.Location: This role is onsite at 4101 Percival Road, Columbia, SC 29229.
Work Environment: The work hours are Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Description
Assists with the implementation of various activities and programs for assigned business units within the organization. Follows/updates established procedures.
Establishes and maintains effective communications with various business units within the organization.
Conducts research and analysis of various reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Identifies areas of needed improvement and communicates to management. Monitors quality indicators as warranted.
To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Work Experience: No previous work experience required.
Required Software and tools: Ability to use standard office equipment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or other word processing/spreadsheet software..
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions.
Good judgment skills.
Effective customer service and organizational skills. Proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar skills. Analytical or critical thinking skills.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
