Are you a strategic up-in-coming leader with a passion for driving organizational change and transformation? Genesys is seeking a dynamic Business Transformation Manager to support our enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s future by implementing innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support large-scale transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide project management for initiatives of all size.
  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and problem-solving solutions to the project teams.
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones.
  • Demonstrate exceptional influencing and relationship management skills, inspiring and guiding project teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Communicate complex transformation strategies and updates clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the PMO and workstreams communicating issues, and questions timely.
  • Manage and collaborate effectively with global teams, including leading meetings across various time zones.
  • Uphold and promote the principles of out-of-the-box, simplicity, automation, self-service, and risk reduction in all transformation activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives or back-office projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to take the initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and solicit/gain support inside and outside of the Business Transformation team.
  • Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Project Management or Agile Certification
  • Experience with Smartsheet schedules, reports, and dashboards.
  • Process improvement skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$90,600.00 - $177,800.00
