Business Systems Analyst
(Internal Tools Product Manager)
Position Overview:
Responsible for managing, developing, reporting, and communicating on internal-use tools, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives, enhance productivity, and drive operational efficiency. This is a collaborative role where you will partner with leadership and various subject matter experts to achieve success.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor relationships
• Stay up to date on tool key features, functionalities, and improvements
• Collect, organize, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Partner with leadership to define the vision, goals, and priorities for the internal tools.
• Provide support and guidance to team members using the system
• Communicate any updates or outages
• Participate in project planning, integration, testing, and user adoption
• Work with various teams and stakeholders to understand their business and data needs and translate them into actionable insights and solutions by addressing dependencies, facilitating effective communication, and aligning the tools with the specific needs of the business
• Build reporting to provide transparency, trend data and business insights for end user
• Work with business intelligence analysts to validate system data
• Monitor performance and gather feedback from users
• Track key metrics such as adoption rates, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency to assess the impact of the tools
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
To Achieve Success at YES
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Proficiency in SQL desired
• Self-starter with ability to work under deadlines and minimal supervision
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn from and collaborate with a diverse team
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Experience training team members in person or virtual
• Understanding of project and change management
• Occasional travel may be required to evaluate usage of tools by users
Total Compensation Package: $65,000 - $80,000 + benefits
