We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our international team. What you'll be doing:
- Take a leadership role in defining the product;
- Gather the requirements and document these in a structured way;
- Conduct extensive analyses and research on the current organization and systems;
- Define and execute a project management strategy, preferably agile;
- Maintain the backlog, conduct ceremonies and report progress;
- Work with all levels of the organization and interact with other engineering roles to drive the project forward.
Requirements
Essential requirements:
- Fluent and articulated English, both spoken and written;
- Product management experience;
- Project management experience;
- Analytical skills.
Desirable requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or 10 years of equivalent professional experience;- Advanced Spanish, both spoken and written, is a plus;
- Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
