Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

The Business Operations Management group provides multi-disciplinary horizontal support for Wealth Management Operations business priorities and deliverables.
Within Business Operations Management, the Planning & Response team provides resource planning, tracking, staffing and forecasting, allocation support, finance support and coordination. The Team oversees Global Operations deliverables and Inter-Affiliate initiatives, site strategy and space planning, business continuity coordination and events.
Planning & Response is looking for a Business Support Manager to execute / contribute to strategic initiatives, playing a key role and delivering successfully while completing deliverables. In this role, a Business Support Manager would:
Manage resource planning, forecasting and requisition process including developing business rationale to support the request
Supports space planning needs including space modernization/ restacks and relocations as well as facilities and equipment requests and employee desk moves
Partner with WMO teams, Finance and Data Management and Analytics Team to support Storyboard reporting by gathering and reviewing volumes and resource counts
Coordinate the completion of Global Resolution and Recover Planning (GRRP) - map people, vendors, applications and real estate per function to record and map interdependencies, and document mitigation plans for high-risk interdependencies
Develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Recover Plans (BRP) for WMO processes and functions
Oversees and manages all forms of business continuity scenarios such as pandemics, market volatility, natural disasters, unplanned market closures and geo-political disruptions/events
Supports a wide variety of ad hoc request received from WMO, Global Operations and the Enterprise
Requires Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant business experience
Ability to execute and deliver results with minimal supervision
Proven analytical mindset and quantitative capabilities, with some experience working with large data sets
Flexibility with ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects independently
Strong communication skills - written and verbal across multiple levels of an organization; able to influence/challenge and negotiate to keep all parties engaged in the process; establish partnerships; leading larger group meetings via conference calls
Strong relationship management skills to foster a collaborative working environment
Highly organized with a self-starter attitude and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to hold others accountable without direct supervision
